Geddes (WSYR-TV) -- Geddes Police have arrested a woman they believe was managing a massage parlor busted for prostitution earlier this week.

On Thursday, 47-year-old Lili Fan was arrested and charged for promoting prostitution, as well as aiding and abetting unlicensed persons to practice massage.

Fan is accused of running the business known as “New Spa” in the town of Geddes. The business employed two females that police say performed sexual acts for male patrons in exchange for money.

47-year-old Rongping Han and 49-year-old Lian li Mao from New York City were arrested on Wednesday.

The pair has been charged with prostitution and felony practice of a massage without a license.

Police say Fan aided and abetted the women by providing them with employment, compensation and living quarters.

Fan was arraigned in Geddes Court and is being held at the Justice Center in lieu of $50,000 bail. She is due back in court on June 11.
