Lyons (WSYR-TV) – A North Rose man was arrested on Thursday and charged with sex crimes involving a 14-year-old.
Todd Sincerbeaux, 27, was charged with rape in the second degree, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
Sincerbeaux has been accused of having sex with the child in the town of Savannah.
He was arraigned in Town of Savannah Court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to court on June 7.
Further charges are pending Wayne County Grand Jury action.
