NEW HARTFORD, NY (WSYR-TV) - New Hartford Police say a level three sex offender on parole has been arrested for public lewdness.
58-year old Stephen Kuznia III was charged with public lewdness and resisting arrest.
On Thursday, police got a report of public lewdness involving a man in his car, which was parked outside a local department store.
Police say the caller reported that Kuznia was exposing himself when they walked by his car.
Kuznia was brought into the police department for questioning and when police tried to arrest him, they say he became physically aggressive with the officers.
Kuznia was arraigned and sent to the Oneida County Jail.
Police say another victim of Kuznia has come forward since his arrest and additional charges are anticipated.
