Oswego (WSYR-TV) – Oswego Police have identified a woman who they believe was manufacturing meth in a home on Gregory Street.
On Wednesday, police said they were responding to an unrelated complaint at the home when they discovered equipment and chemicals consistent with manufacturing methamphetamine.
They charged a resident, 41-year-old Brenda Howard, with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine in the third degree, a felony.
Around 11 p.m., police reopened Gregory Street.
Howard was detained at Oswego City Police Department headquarters pending arraignment in Oswego City Court.
Police say they are still investigating the incident and more arrests could be made.
