Oneida County (WSY-TV) – A Pennellville man was sentenced on Wednesday for sex crimes involving a 12-year-old girl.
Frederick Kimball, 47, has pleaded guilty to criminal sex act in the first degree. Police had previously charged him with predatory sexual assault against a child after an incident in a Verona home.
He was sentenced to 25 years behind bars and will be subjected to 20 years of post-release supervision.
In addition, an order of protection was put in place, banning Kimball from having contact with the victim for 50 years.
