Phoenix (WSYR-TV) – A Phoenix man is facing felony charges, accused of having sexual contact with a girl who was younger than 11.
The Oswego County Sheriff’s Office charged Adam Hart, 20, of 56 Davis St., with Sex Abuse and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
The incident allegedly happened last month at a home in the village of Phoenix.
Hart was arraigned and sent to the Oswego County Jail. He is being held on $5,000 bail, $10,000 bond.
Hart is scheduled to be back in court on March 20.
