Police: B’Ville man arrested for DWI after hitting trooper’s parked car
Constantia (WSYR-TV) – A Baldwinsville man is facing a driving while intoxicated charge after State Police say he hit a trooper's car in Constantia.
State Police say 39-year-old Joshua Clark was heading westbound on State Route 49 in a 2005 Chevrolet Express van on Thursday night when the incident occurred.
According to State Police, a patrol car was stopped on the shoulder conducting a traffic stop when Clark attempted to pass, but hit the drivers' side mirror of the trooper’s vehicle.
State Police pulled Clark over a few miles away and say his blood alcohol content was twice the legal limit.
Clark was charged with Driving While Intoxicated - a misdemeanor - and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Constantia Court on Oct. 7.
