Police: Man was high on bath salts when he crashed into a tree

Oneida (WSYR-TV) – Oneida City Police say a man was high on bath salts when he drove his car into a tree.

According to police, Craig Revette’s was driving south on South Willow Street on Thursday afternoon when he crossed the center of the road and into the tree on the corner of South Willow and Lincoln Avenue.

Police determined that Revette, 30, of Peterboro Street, was under the influence of bath salts based on his “condition, statements and evidence.”

They charged Revette with failure to keep right and misdemeanor reckless driving.
