Police say convicted sex offender deceived teen victim
Auburn (WSYR-TV) – An Level 2 sex offender living in Auburn is under arrest after police accused him of luring a teenage victim to his motel room.
Police say the 16-year-old victim met William Singletary Jr. a few days before the alleged incident when he told her he was a 17-year-old male.
