Raid targets untaxed cigarettes at Seneca Falls smoke shop
Seneca Falls (WSYR-TV) -- Federal Agents raided a smoke shop in Seneca Falls on Wednesday.
Hundreds of cases of cigarettes were loaded into a trailer as agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agency executed a search warrant at the Sky Dancer Smoke Shop on East Bayard Street.
Officials say the raid was part of an investigation into untaxed cigarettes.
No arrests were made.
The store is operated by the Cayuga-Seneca Indian Tribe of Oklahoma.
