When Sheriff’s deputies went to the 35-year-old man’s home at 1392 County Route 26 in Parish, they discovered methamphetamine manufacturing equipment.

Rabb was charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine.

He was arraigned in Town of Amboy Court and taken to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond. He is scheduled to return to court on May 8.
