Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – After being shut down for several hours during rush hour, the right lane on I-690 Eastbound over Willow Street in the city of Syracuse is back open.

The lane was closed as Department of Transportation crews quickly repaired a damaged portion that sent some debris onto a sidewalk below.

Ramps around the section of 690 were also closed down while the repairs were being made.
