Rochester man pleads guilty to videotaping men, boys in State Fair restroom
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- A Rochester man has admitted to videotaping men and boys using the restroom at the State Fair two years ago.
James Hurlburt, 48, was arrested back in 2010. He pleaded guilty to unlawful surveillance on Monday.
Hurlburt faces 10 years probation, 1,000 hours of community service and registration as a sex offender.
Hurlburt will be sentenced in October.
