Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A Salina man was convicted on Thursday of killing two companions and severely injuring another while high on marijuana and hallucinogenic drugs in August.

Martinous Hudson, 28, was riding in a vehicle with three friends - LaVonna Hamilton, 17, along with Maurice Miller and Eric Bellamy, both 24 – while smoking marijuana joints dipped in PCP cut with embalming fluid when he began ranting about the devil. Hudson drew a gun and shot all three, killing Hamilton and Miller and injuring Bellamy.

Hudson was convicted on two counts of murder in the second degree, as well as one count of attempted murder.

The combined charges could add up to more than 100 years in prison when Hudson is sentenced.
