Seneca Falls (WSYR-TV) -- A 46-year-old Seneca Falls man has been charged with six counts of endangering the welfare of a child after police say he committed sex acts while in the presence of a four-year-old girl.
Authorities say Steven W. Campbell, of 13 VanRenssalaer Street, Lot 13, had committed a sexual act in the presence of the female child six times since January 1.
Campbell was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000.00 cash or $10,000 bail bond.
His next court date is scheduled for June 27.
