Walton (WSYR-TV) – A Southern Tier woman has been arrested for having sexual contact with underage victims.
State Police have charged Stephanie Fletcher, 28, of Walton, on two counts of rape, a felony; one count of criminal sex act in third degree, a felony; and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
Fletcher was released on her own recognizance.
