Geddes (WSYR-TV) - On Tuesday, the State Fair unveiled the Best Bets Bargain Book, featuring more than $3,200 in savings.
The book features coupons for popular dining spots, plus deals for shops and vendors.
The books are being sold for $4 at Tops, Wegmans, and Price Chopper stores, as well as the State Fair box office.
