Suspended Syracuse Police Sergeant charged in domestic incident

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A suspended Syracuse Police Sergeant is facing criminal charges after an alleged domestic incident in the town of Clay.

State Police charged 46-year-old Kevin Blair of Fulton with violating an order of protection issued to his ex-girlfriend.

Blair has been suspended since a June incident in which he allegedly struck his then girlfriend.

He was arraigned in Town of Clay Court and taken to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $17,500 cash bail or $35,000 bond.
