Syracuse man in critical condition after shooting

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - A Syracuse man is in critical condition after a shooting on West Ostrander Avenue.

Police say around midnight, 24-year-old Charles Campbell was found lying in a driveway with multiple gunshot wounds to the groin and torso.
He couldn't provide suspect information, but witnesses say Campbell was arguing with two Black male teenagers before they heard gunshots.

One suspect is described as a Black male, 15-17 years old, about 5'08" and wearing a tan Carhart jacket with writing on the back.  The second suspect is described as a Black male, 15-17 years old, approximately 5'08" and wearing all black clothing and a black hat.

Witnesses say that both suspects had handguns and both shot at Campbell.  They were last seen running westbound on W. Ostrander Ave. 

Campbell was transported to Upstate University Hospital in critical but stable condition.  Anyone with information on this shooting is asked to contact the Syracuse Police Department at 315-442-5222.
