Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - At the age of 20, a Syracuse man is unable to move from the neck down.

Jaime Maldonado is paralyzed in a bed at Upstate University Hospital, in critical condition.

Syracuse police say Maldonado was inside a home at 102 Putnam Street, when shots were fired through a window and along the side of the house.

Outside, just before 3:00 a.m. on Sunday morning, someone fired multiple shots from the driveway and disappeared before police arrived.

Police are still looking for the unknown shooter.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Syracuse Police at 442-5222.
