Syracuse teen convicted in double stabbing headed to prison
Manlius (WSYR-TV) -- A Syracuse teen will spend the next one to four years in state prison for a double stabbing at a house party in Manlius last year.
Seventeen-year-old Kevin Ranziger stabbed two people during a fight at the party in the 7100 block of Manlius Center Road.
The victims, who were not identified, survived the incident.
