Teen charged in Kinney Drug theft
Cicero (WSYR-TV) – A teenager has been arrested in connection to a larceny at a Kinney Drug location on Route 31.
The teen was Caught on Tape stealing a pre-paid cellphone.
Cicero Police charged her with petit larceny after the teen was featured on NewsChannel 9’s On The Lookout segment.
Police have declined to identify the suspect because of her status as a youthful offender.
