Teenager in critical condition after jumping out of minivan
SYRACUSE, NY (WSYR-TV) - A 17-year-old boy is in critical condition after a crash in Syracuse just before 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
Police said three males jumped out of a minivan they were in before it went over an embankment near the intersection of Archer Road and Bellevue Avenue.
All three were taken to Upstate University Hospital.
The 17-year-old was the driver of the van. He is being treated for a head injury.
The two passengers, an 18-year-old and a 20-year-old, are being treated for minor injuries.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
