Three in custody following violent home invasion
Montezuma (WSYR-TV) -- Several people are facing charges in connection with a violent home invasion early Wednesday morning in the town of Montezuma.
We’re told six people forced their way into a home on Fosterville Road and three of them beat up a man inside.
Joseph and Cody Hopler and Andrew Fahsel are all charged with felony burglary and gang assault. Each of the suspects is in jail on $10,000 bond.
The victim was taken to the hospital, but is expected to be okay.
We’re told the assault stemmed from an argument between the man’s former and current girlfriends.
