Time Warner restores phone, internet service
Rochester (WSYR-TV) – Time Warner Cable says thousands of its Digital Phone and Roadrunner customers were without service from about 7am -10am Thursday morning.
Time Warner Spokesperson Jeff Unitias says the outage was due to a technical problem with a router in Rochester.
The outage affected people in both the Syracuse and Rochester area.
Service has been restored.
