Tops store coming to Syracuse’s Valley area
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A much-anticipated grocery store is returning to a vacant plaza in Syracuse’s Valley area.
Tops officials in Buffalo said that their new store in the building that once housed P&C supermarkets in the Valley Plaza is on track to be built. The officials said they plan to open the store in December.
The area has not had a large, chain grocery store since 2009.
The new store will be officially announced during a short ceremony at 11 a.m. on Wednesday.
