Hannibal (WSYR-TV) – The Oswego County Sheriff’s Office has arrested two people who were allegedly manufacturing methamphetamine at a home in Hannibal.
Chad Grinnell, 30, of Country Lane in Hannibal and BillieJo Lewis, 32, of US Rt. 11 in Mexico were both arrested Monday evening.
The Sheriff’s Office says an investigation into a separate incident led to the charges.
Both were charged with methamphetamine manufacturing in the third degree, a felony.
The two were arraigned and sent to the Oswego County Jail. Grinnell is being held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail and Lewis is being held without bail.
Both are scheduled to be back in court on June 11.
