Woman indicted on charges of threatening to kill President Obama
Rochester, N.Y. - A federal grand jury indicted a 37-year-old Rochester woman Wednesday on charges that she threatened to kill President Obama.
The U.S. Attorney’s office says Christine Wright Darrisaw threatened to kill President Obama during a telephone call to the White House in February and then made a false statement to Secret Service Agents during the investigation.
Each charge carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
