Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Who says you have to wait for the Fourth of July to enjoy fireworks? Bright colors lit up the sky Thursday night at Destiny USA.
The fireworks were the kick off to the annual Syracuse Winterfest, which runs for the next eleven days at various locations.
Festivities include cooking contests, a kid’s carnival and more.
