DeWitt (WSYR-TV) -- An upcoming bridge deck replacement project on the Interstate 481 northbound bridge over Kirkville Road, located in the Town of DeWitt will affect your commute beginning next week.
The State Department of Transportation is starting a new project there and Kirkville road will be closed to through traffic in both directions between the 481 overpass and Freemont Road.
The work is scheduled to begin Wednesday morning and run through next Sunday.
Detours will be posted to help motorists navigate around the closure.
