A break from the flurries this afternoon over central New York. A much bigger storm system will move from the mid-section of the country to off the northern Mid-Atlantic Coast Wednesday night. However, this storm should be far enough south so that we only receive light snow accumulations.

A New Hartford middle school student has been arrested after allegedly injuring another student in the neck with a pencil. The victim was injured but was treated by staff and remained in school.
