Cleveland, OH (WSYR-TV) – A Cleveland man has been charged with kidnapping and rape after three women who had been missing for more than a decade escaped from his home on Monday. The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports
that Ariel Castro is facing charges including multiple counts of kidnapping and rape.
His brothers, Pedro and Onil Castro, will not be charged. Police say no evidence indicates that the brothers were involved.
