Kirkland (WSYR-TV) – Sheriff’s Deputies arrested two New Hartford teens in connection to an armed robbery that occurred at a Kirkland Byrne Dairy location last week.

Sheriff’s Investigators say Thomas O’Toole, 18, held a clerk at knifepoint, demanding money. They believe Alex Fiorentino, 18, gave O’Toole a ride away from the scene after he took the cash.

They charged O’Toole with robbery in the first degree, a felony.

They charged Fiorentino with criminal facilitation in the first degree, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
