2 transported after Madison County truck accident

Munnsville (WSYR-TV) – Two people were transported from the scene of an accident involving a dump truck in the Madison County community of Munnsville on Wednesday.

The vehicle was traveling down East Hill Road when it veered off the road and through a person’s property before striking a stump and going down a five-foot embankment and narrowly missing causing considerable damage to a home.

The driver and a passenger were ejected from the vehicle, which was carrying feed.

State Police responded to the scene of the accident.

No word has been released on the condition of those involved in the accident.
