Greene (WSYR-TV) – Three Chenango County men have been arrested and charged with grand larceny after Sheriff’s Investigators say they stole multiple portable toilets.
According to Sheriff’s Investigators, 36-year-old Christopher Palmiter, 21-year-old Kyle Brothers, and 19-year-old Cody Brothers snuck onto the property of a local business and stole four toilets valued at $3,000.
All three were charged with grand larceny in the third degree.
Palmiter was arraigned in Town of Greene Court and taken to the Chenango County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
Cody and Kyle Brothers were arraigned in Town of Oxford Court and released.
All three are scheduled to appear in Town of Greene Court at a later date.
