Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Three people were arraigned on Tuesday for their alleged role in a
plot that left one man shot dead and put another man in a hospital.
Paul Santiago, Iris Resto, and Johan Carrisquillo all appeared before a judge and all three were told that they will remain in jail without bail.
The authorities say 44-year-old Resto paid to have Luis Quinonez-Osorio killed at a South Geddes Street gas station in 2010. They say Santiago and Carrisquillo worked illegally to damage the prosecution’s case.
Local defense attorney Ezequiel Neuman has also been implicated among those charged, along with three other defendants, including two men accused of killing Osiorio.
