3 charged in Seneca County drug bust

Waterloo (WSYR-TV) – The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office has arrested three men in connection to an investigation into drug trafficking in the area.

Sheriff’s Investigators say they recovered heroin, marijuana, and other drug paraphernalia during the investigation, in which three suspects were found in the same car.

The following people were charged:

  • Pablo Soto Burgos, 28, Lakeview Terrace, Rochester, with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail.
  • Julio Garcia, 20, Gates Avenue, Geneva, and Luis Diaz, 32, of Pultney Street, Geneva, were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Garcia was released to the Geneva Police Department, who wanted him on a warrant charging him with robbery in the third degree. Diaz was released on an appearance ticket.
