Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Four Syracuse teenagers have been charged in connection to the stabbing death of a 65-year-old man on Monday night.
Shakeith Stackhouse, 18, Jahmeer Stackhouse, 17, and a 15-year-old were each charged with robbery and murder in connection to the stabbing death of Marvin Bryant.
A fourth youth – 19-year-old Tony Comer – was charged with robbery.
Police say Comer robbed Bryant and then told the three others that his victim had more money.
The trio found Bryant and stabbed and robbed him, according to police.
According to police the victim was in the area for purpose of purchasing drugs.
After Comer robbed him, the other three suspects lured him with the promise of selling him drugs when they instead robbed and stabbed him.
Police said all four have admitted to their roles in the incident.
Police said the 15-year-old was taken to Hillbrook Juvenile Detention Center.
The other three were taken to the Onondaga County Justice Center.
