481 North at Kirkville Road reopens to drivers
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Drivers have been impacted by detours along 481 North and Kirkville Road over the past five days.
Both roads have reopened on schedule.
State Department of Transportation crews finished up bridge deck replacement work Monday morning.
Drivers will still notice some bumps along the 481 bridge, but those will be fixed soon.
