New York City (WSYR-TV/ABC) – A baby who was rescued after a crash killed the baby's parents in New York City has passed away.
On Monday morning,
ABC News reported that the infant died.
Police are still looking for a BMW that reportedly crashed into the livery vehicle carrying Nachman and Raizy Glauber, both 21, to a nearby hospital in Brooklyn.
The driver of the BMW and a female passenger ran away from the scene. Police in New York City say they know the identity of identity of the driver, but have been unable to locate the person.
The female passenger is facing insurance fraud charges.
The child was initially saved by emergency cesarean section, but succumbed to injuries that were sustained in the crash.
