North Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Rescue crews were called to Mickey's Bait Shop at 715 S. Bay Road in North Syracuse Tuesday morning for a report of a fire. Investigators believe it was an electrical fire that started in the roof, and spread to the back of the building.

When firefighters arrived they saw smoke coming out of the windows and doorways. They were able to put the fire out, and cut a couple holes in the ceiling to vent the smoke.

They are investigating to see if lightning was the cause.

No one was there at the time, and no one was injured.
