Baldwinsville (WSYR-TV) -- State Police have arrested a Baldwinsville man after finding child pornography on his computer.
Timothy J. Ritschel, 31, of Theodolite Drive, has been charged with five counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child – a class E felony.
This isn't Ritschel's first run-in with the law. Last December he was charged with rape, criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of a child after investigators say he had sex with a 14-year-old girl.
Ritschel is being held at the Onondaga County Jail.
