Canastota (WSYR-TV) - A Canastota small business owner is winning Martha Stewart's Made in America contest. With your help, he could win $10,000 and some national recognition.
Brian Howell owns The Bee Man Candle Company, which makes hand-crafted candles made out of beeswax. A high school friend nominated Howell for Martha Stewart's "American Made Awards." Right now, Howell is in first place, but there's plenty of time left for the competition to catch up.
If Howell wins, he'll be honored at the American Made Awards, be featured in Martha Stewart Living magazine and get $10,000. If you want to help Howell, head to the contest's website and vote for The Bee Man. Voting goes through September 24th.
