Cato man arrested on drug, weapons charges
Cato (WSYR-TV) -- A Cato man is facing drug and weapons charges after an investigation Wednesday led to the seizure of illegal firearms and marijuana plants.
State Police in Auburn arrested 51-year-old James L. Gunsalus, or Shortcut Road.
Gunsalus has been charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, one count of criminal possession of a weapon, unlawful growing of cannabis, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Gunsalus is being held in Cayuga County Jail without bail.
