Central Square man charged with identity theft, forgery

Oswego (WSYR-TV) – A Central Square man was arrested on Friday on charges that he used a fake identity and another person’s credit-card information to buy cell phones and accessories.

Bill Willis, 20, of 996 US Rt. 11, Roxbury Estates, Lot 21, was charged with forgery in the second degree, identity theft in the second degree, and unlawful possession of a person ID, all felonies.

He was also charged with criminal impersonation and petit larceny, both misdemeanors.

He was arraigned in Village of Central Square Court and taken to the Oswego County Correctional Facility where he was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
