Child killed after TV set falls on top of her
Eastwood (WSYR-TV) -- A two-year-old girl was killed after a television set accidentally fell on top of her Tuesday night, according to Syracuse Police.
The incident happened at the child’s Eastwood home at around 6:30 p.m.
An investigation revealed the child was killed after a 32-inch TV fell off of its stand and then on top of her.
The child was taken to the Upstate Hospital Pediatric Unit, where she later passed away from her injuries, police said.
The name of the victim will not be released.
