Chilly Chili 5K benefits Cazenovia Children's House
CAZENOVIA, NY (WSYR-TV) - The annual Chilly Chili 5K in Cazenovia lived up to its name on Sunday.
The fundraiser benefits the Cazenovia Children's House. Organizers say the event has grown every year.
"It's hard to believe nine years ago we had our first little race and we had over 300 and now we’re close to 900 today,” said Penny Noll with the Cazenovia Children’s House.
It’s not just the temperatures that give the event its name. The Chilly Chili 5K concluded with some hot chili and refreshments at the post-run Chilly Party.
