Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – The man accused of killing his wife in Liverpool, then dumping her body in a down-state reservoir, has been indicted by an Onondaga County Grand Jury on a murder charge.
Alex Martinez, 22, Clay, has been indicted on Murder 2nd, tampering with physical evidence and endangering the welfare of a child.
Investigators say Martinez killed his wife in their apartment, then drove her body several hundred miles to dump it in a reservoir in Dutchess County. Martinez then turned himself into State Police in Fishkill.
