Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - A holiday tradition returned to Syracuse on Friday, to light up the night.
The lighting of the gigantic Christmas tree in Clinton Square drew people from around the city. This year's theme is "Home for the Holidays."
There was music, ice skating, a visit from Santa, and places to drop off donations for the Food Bank of Central New York.
The 75 foot tall Norway Spruce is adorned with brighter and more energy efficient LED lights.
