Fulton (WSYR-TV) – A Fulton man is facing multiple charges after he took cellphone pictures of naked women exiting a shower in his home and then tried to eat a media card containing the evidence, according to police.
Police say they were called to the home of Anthony Terramiggi Sr., 32, of Worth Street in Fulton when a fight involving two males was reported.
Police say they learned that the man was using his cellphone to record videos of naked women getting out of the shower without their consent.
They say he ate the media card containing the evidence in order to conceal it.
Police indicated that he punched a male several times and then took a woman’s cellphone so she could not call 911. They did not explain the connection between the alleged fight and the incident or incidents in which he is accused of recording women.
He has been charged with:
- Unlawful surveillance in the second degree, a felony
- Tampering with physical evidence, a felony
- Petit larceny, a misdemeanor
- Menacing in the third degree, a misdemeanor
Terramiggi was also charged with petit larceny in a separate investigation. Police say he is connected to the theft of $50 worth of firewood.
He was arraigned in Fulton City Court and taken to the Oswego County Public Safety Center in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond.
